Mexican Corn Salsa

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups corn
1 jalapeno
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 lime
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
2 oz Cotija cheese
1 packet Ripple 5mg CBD/THC

DIRECTIONS:

Finely dice the jalapeño, including seeds to meet spice preference. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, sprinkle with Ripple, and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
