St. Patricks’ Day Mocktails
St. Patty’s Day is around the corner and that means all the Irish ales will be flowing freely. If that pale ale doesn’t float your boat, though, we got something even better for you. Try one of these tasty mocktails infused with Ripple.
The Shamrock Shake
This light and minty shake is perfect for all your sweet tooth needs.
3 cups of vanilla ice cream
1 cup almond milk
½ teaspoon peppermint extract
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon green food coloring
whipped cream and chocolate sauce
2 packets of ripple relief
Place ice cream, almond milk, McCormick Pure Peppermint Extract, Pure Vanilla Extract , food coloring, and Ripple Relief in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into tall glasses and garnish with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and a dash of shaved chocolate for that extra oomph!

The Ginger Lime Spritzer
Fresh and savory, this ginger-infused drink is sure to hit the spot.
3 oz ginger, peeled and sliced into thin circles
½ cup water
½ cup sugar
½ cup lime juice
5 packets of balanced
In a small saucepan, combine the ginger, water and sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook until the sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and add in the lime juice. Let sit for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to steep and combine.
Strain the mixture, discarding the ginger. Refrigerate until cool.
Mix in packets of ripple balanced when mixture is cooled off.
When ready to make the drinks: Add 2-3 tablespoons of the simple syrup to every 8 oz of seltzer water.
Serve cold with slices of fresh lime for a pop of color and flavor!
The Basil Lemon Daiquiri
Refreshing with a tang of citrus, cool off with this slushy.
6 basil leaves
Juice from one large lemon
1 tablespoon of water
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 packets of ripple pure
Place 4 basil leaves, lemon juice, water, sugar, ice, and Ripple Pure in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into fancy glass of your choice, garnish with fresh basil leaf and a twist of lemon and enjoy!
